The FAGOR EXH-061-101 Steam Condensing Hood helps capture steam during cooking and when the oven door is opened. Designed for compatible iKore Advanced and Concept 6 × 1/1 GN and 10 × 1/1 GN combi ovens, it automatically adjusts suction to suit operating conditions.
