The FAGOR Steam Condensing Hood is designed for the 6 × GN 1/1 and 10 × GN 1/1 IKORE ADVANCED Compact Combi Ovens. It helps remove steam, heat and cooking vapours, while activated carbon filtration reduces smoke and odours. Automatic extraction control increases airflow when the oven door opens and reduces power once it closes.
